Terms & Condition

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of ship supply goods and services by Zeramdini Ship Supply & Ship Chandler (“Supplier”) to its clients (“Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms in full.

2. Scope of Services

The Supplier provides a range of ship supply services, including but not limited to:

• Provision of food, beverages, and consumables
• Deck, engine, and cabin stores
• Safety equipment and spare parts
• Logistics and customs clearance support

3. Orders and Deliveries

• Orders must be placed in writing via email or official purchase order.
• The Supplier will confirm orders, subject to stock availability.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by port regulations or unforeseen delays.
• The Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in USD/EUR/TND and are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made within the agreed credit period (if applicable). Default in payment may result in interest charges or suspension of services.
• Any additional port charges, customs duties, or third-party costs will be borne by the Buyer.

5. Quality and Warranty

• The Supplier ensures that all goods supplied meet international maritime standards.
• In case of defective or non-compliant goods, the Buyer must notify the Supplier within 48 hours for resolution.
• Perishable items are not eligible for return unless proven defective at the time of delivery.

6. Liability and Force Majeure

• The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of supplied goods.
• In case of delays due to force majeure (e.g., war, strikes, natural disasters), the Supplier shall not be held responsible.

7. Compliance with Laws

• The Buyer and Supplier must comply with all Tunisian maritime, customs, and environmental regulations.
• The Supplier reserves the right to refuse service if there are legal restrictions or sanctions.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be settled amicably. If not resolved, they shall be referred to Tunisian courts under Tunisian law.

9. Amendments

The Supplier reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The latest version will be available upon request.
